Dipple Farm
Contact: Carol Cochrane
Location: Woolsery North Devon EX39 5RE
10 acres of natural unformed meadow land and 5 acres of woodland.
We bought the farm last year. Don't really know what to do with it as it's uneven and wet in places but is natural and has trees and natural shelter around the boundaries. We also have a river along one of its borders.
So far this year we have only had two ponies graze on it intermittently so lots of grass. We have a natural tree lined track that leads to it from a concrete yard . No proper stabling as yet but if there is interest then we could turn a large shippon into stables etc.
Ideal for horses or donkeys.
