We have lovely podiatrist Kirsten Zaczek to look after your horses feet and advise on hoofcare and diet . Our track is grass this year but we will be surfacing parts of it next year.

PB Barefoot Rehab and Retirement Livery

Contact: Alyson Sharpe

Location: Between Stafford and Newport

We are based between Stafford and Newport, in the Midlands.

We offer 18 acres of unfertilised pasture. We offer a grass track that runs a mile and a half around the outside of our field. Our feeding stations and two natural ponds make up part of our track system.

We use salt licks to ensure the horses receive as much salt as possible. Our natural high hedges, matured trees and field shelter offer plenty of shelter all year round. The unlevel and hilly environment works great for engaging and toning muscles naturally.

Our grass track is ideal for our retirement liverys, which may consist of arthritic horses that stiffen up with lack of movement.

We have two none grass tracks for Laminitics, EMS sufferers, grass intolerant or injured horses/ ponies in seek of calm and welcoming environment to heal.

We have our own, well known trimmer from the brilliant Hoof Matters, who comes out every 6/8 weeks. Our amazing dentist visits once a year or as when needed.

⭐⭐ As you have probably guessed, we are strictly barefoot only! ⭐⭐
