I have recently moved to Aberdeenshire from Australia, where I have undertaken several barefoot trimming courses over the years, with trimmers such as Andrew Bowe and Yvonne Heiser-Taylor who are well known in Australia.
I have been trimming my own family herd of horses for more than 10 years, as well as trimming for the (now closed) Second Chance Horse Rescue group in Western Australia and select family and friends.
I have a background in Zoology (BSc) , and am a level 3 Parelli Natural Horsemanship student.
I also do equine bodywork, including Masterson Method, Equine Touch, Equine Positional Release, and have trained in rider biomechanics, and am interested in how horses and humans move, and how to help them move better.
I am looking forward to learning all I can from my new Scottish adventure, and helping horses and their owners along the way.
I am based near Aberdeen but am happy to travel throughout Aberdeenshire and the Highlands (and the rest of Scotland for multiple horses).
