About

I am an ACPAT Chartered Physiotherapist with over 12 years experience treating horses. I was Team GB Paradressage physiotherapist for 10 years and currently freelance for the Hong Kong Jockey Club Performance Programme.

I have treated horses and riders at two Paralympic Games, 2 World Equestrian Games, and numerous European and Asian Championships.

I have been riding for forty years and have produced youngsters for both eventing and dressage from foals.  I adore TB’s and have been a barefoot convert for the past 4 years. I am fascinated by how the equine foot can adapt and heal once the correct environment/nutrition and exercise are all in place. I am constantly learning about barefoot horses and have a library of Pete Ramey books and videos!

I also work freelance for Syncthermology specialising in equine and camelid thermography and am an FEI Permitted Equine Therapist.

I provide comprehensive dynamic equine assessments and a bespoke treatment plan (please note vet permission is required as in accordance with the Veterinary Surgeons Act.

I have laser, pulsed mag, NMES, and utilise fascial release techniques, joint mobilisations, cranial-sacral treatment, k-taping, functional movement re-education and remedial groundwork exercises.
